An Exciting End to an Exciting Day!

As we drove home from Commerce we stopped in McKinney to eat & otherwise would not have seen the beautiful sight behind us. This amazing double rainbow was glorious & the inside rainbow was a full arc across the sky! I can't remember when I have seen a complete rainbow... just wish i could have gotten the whole thing into one frame :)

We had perfect weather all day. Breezy, low 80's & then these clouds blew over. Cooling temps, wind, & some sprinkles. Never had a lightning warning & everything stayed on schedule until we left. Hope they finished it all.

4x100 Crash... but still a PR,,, Nice :)

Lindsey was surprised to be put on the Varsity relay team this year. I was not since I knew she was fast. On this last relay of the year Lindsey ended up first leg & Jessie 2nd leg, Phoebe is 3rd & Morgan 4th. The teams hand offs went great & the team posted their best time at 51.6. The only problem is Lindsey crashes after she hands off- Jess says Linz didn't stay to the inside whereas Jess was on the outside so they wouldn't trip on each others feet... Luckily she did not hit her head just road rash on right shoulder, hip, knees, & jammed right pinky.

Since I didn't get how to label each pic I will try here:
1. Lindsey & Jessie after a day of competing. Lindsey will soon turn in her track uniform for the close of a successful & surprising Freshman year of track.
